Roseville Office
When you arrive at the office, you will see a sign that says "Holistic Lighthouse" on the left side main door. We are on the second floor. When you arrive to the 2nd floor, please enter the wooden door that says "Holistic Lighthouse." You'll now be in the lobby; please wait in the lobby until your provider comes out to get you. You are welcome to use the restroom at the end of the hall of the lobby before your appointment. Please note, there is only a staircase available to get to the 2nd floor.
Please note - if you are sick, recently recovering from illness (within the past week), or have a household member who has had a fever within 48 hours of your appointment, you must email to reschedule. There is no cancellation fee for medical cancellations. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your session will be rescheduled and charged a late fee.
